Back to the Future Palliative Care Conference 2024

Grampians Regional Palliative Care Team are delighted to host our 9th Palliative Care Conference. The conference will focus on the growth of Palliative Care in regional Australia over the past forty years and enhance our knowledge and skills of current and future innovative healthcare practices for people with a life limiting illness.
