Palliative care providers, Barwon South West
Barwon South Western Region Palliative Care Consortium is a coalition of six health service providers in the region that offer specialist palliative care in community and inpatient environments. It also includes the regional Department of Health.
The alliance members aim to provide quality palliative care for the region’s 360,000-plus residents who live in local government areas of Colac Otway, Corangamite, Glenelg, City of Greater Geelong, Moyne, Queenscliff, Southern Grampians, Surf Coast, City of Warrnambool and South East Golden Plains.
