Barwon South Western Regional Palliative Care Consortium are pleased to announce we are partnering with the Barwon South Western Regional Integrated Cancer Services to host a free BSW Palliative Care Forum.

This collaboration forum is designed for oncology and palliative care clinicians across the Barwon South West region. Details of the forum can be found below.
