Palliative care providers in the Barwon South Western Region

The consortium members provide palliative care for the region’s 360,000-plus residents who live in the local government areas of Colac Otway, Corangamite, Glenelg, Greater Geelong, Moyne, Queenscliffe, Southern Grampians, Surf Coast, Warrnambool, and South East Golden Plains.
